COFFEE SORTING
The primary goal of coffee sorting is to separate high-quality beans from those with defects. This process helps maintain consistency in flavor, aroma, and overall quality, which is crucial for both specialty and commercial coffee markets
COFFEE PULPING
The outer pulp of the cherries is removed, and the beans are fermented to break down the mucilage. This step is essential for developing the beans' flavor profile and is typically followed by washing to remove any remaining mucilage.
COFFEE WASHING
the beans are thoroughly washed to remove the remaining mucilage. This is typically done in large washing channels or tanks with clean water. The beans are agitated to ensure all the mucilage is removed, resulting in clean, parchment-covered beans.

NDAGIJIMANA Leo Fidele, holder of Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with experience of whole his life in coffee sector, is the founder and Managing Director (MD) He aim at developing this business by operating HORIZON SUPREME COFFEE (HOSCO)LTD, and invest both money and time in this sector and hire more than 300 employees including part time.
